Storage Requirements: between 36-86°F (2-30°C) in a dry environment. 

Instructions for Use: 

1. Prepare the Kit: Remove the test cup from its sealed pouch and use it immediately.
2. Collect Specimen: Donor provides a urine specimen in the cup and securely  screws the cap on.
3. Attach Security Seal: Donor dates and initials the security seal label. Operator  affixes the seal over the cap.
4. Temperature Check: Check the temperature strip label 2-4 minutes after  collection. A green color between 90-100°F (32-38°C) confirms specimen validity.
5. Read Results: Read drug test results at 5 minutes. Do not interpret after 10  minutes. 

Interpreting Results: 

Positive: Only one colored band appears in the control region (C). No colored band  appears in the test region (T) for the drug in question. 

Negative: Two colored bands appear, one in the control region (C) and another in the test region (T) for the drug in question. 

Invalid: Control band fails to appear. Discard the test and repeat with a new one. If  the problem persists, contact the local distributor.
